ENGINEERING FOR KIDS @ TODDLERS UNLIMITED

ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING

Thinking Green: Are you ready to get down and dirty searching for solutions to some of our biggest environmental problems? In Junior Environmental, students ponder some truly “hot” environmental issues. Students in this program save endangered animals, help plants grow and create protection from the sun’s heat. By investigating natural process like erosion, animal adaptations, and plant growth; we discover ways that we as engineers can be inspired by the world around us to take on all sorts of challenges.

Junior Engineers: 4-6 years old

Schedule: April 25, 27, May 2, 4, 9, 11

Tuesdays and Thursdays; 1:00pm to 3:00pm

Fee: 6sessions, Php5,100.00

Go Green: During our Apprentice Environmental Engineering program, students use the Engineering Design Process to design, create, test, and refine basic solutions related to alternative energy and environmental issues. They learn principles behind crafting efficient wind-powered machines and discover how those machines can be used to help reduce the use of fossil fuels. During the culminating project, students test different materials to discover which ones most effectively clean up after an oil spill.

Apprentice Engineers: 7-14 years old

Schedule: April 25, 27, May 2, 4, 9, 11

Tuesdays and Thursdays; 1:00pm to 3:00pm

Fee: 6sessions, Php5,100.00

AEROSPACE ENGINEERING: The Junior Aerospace Engineering program introduces our youngest engineers to fundamental concepts of aircraft and spacecraft design. Through open and focused exploration, students explore and construct airplanes, rockets, hot air balloons, and more.

Junior Engineers: 4-6 years old

Schedule: April 25, 27, May 2, 4, 9, 11

Tuesdays and Thursdays; 3:00pm to 5:00pm

Fees: 6sessions, Php5,100.00

During our Apprentice Aerospace Engineering program, students use the Engineering Design Process to design, create, test, and refine a variety of flying machines. They construct a shock absorbing system designed to protect two marshmallow astronauts in a lunar vehicle, create their own air-powered rockets, and assemble a hot air balloon model that actually takes flight!

Apprentice Engineers: 7-14 years old

Schedule: April 25, 27, May 2, 4, 9, 11

Tuesdays and Thursdays; 3:00pm to 5:00pm

Fees: 6sessions, Php5,100.00

WeDo ROBOTICS

Junior Robotics: Amazing Mechanisms

This program is a perfect mixture of fun and learning, using LEGO® WeDoTM Robots. Using LEGO® bricks, students build a dancing bird, a smart spinner, and a drumming monkey. They also learn how to program and operate their creations using a laptop computer.

Junior Engineers: 4-6 years old

Schedule: May 16, 18, 23, 25

Tuesdays and Thursdays; 1:00pm to 3:00pm

Fee: 4 sessions, Php5,500.00

SMILE Robotics Camp: SPACE RACE

Students will race against time in an unknown planet to complete their science missions before getting back home to Earth. As they finish their challenges they have to hurry to get back to their rocket before they lose energy from the Sun. They will have to collect the sensors scattered across the planet that are needed to locate their rocket. They will have to achieve their tasks in the limited time that their equipment will allow.

Space Engineers: 7-14 years old

Schedule: May 16, 18, 23, 25, 30, June 1, 6, 8

Tuesdays and Thursdays; 3:00pm to 5:00pm

Fee: 8 sessions, Php8,800.00
